We've made no secret that the prime mission of the PDSL is to prepare US players for the highest level of professional competition, and we are proud to announce that three of our current players have qualified to represent the United States at the prestigious
Winmau World Masters being held in England at the end of October.
The PDSL will be allocating $150 from our pro sponsorship fund for each of our three delegates:
- Jim Widmayer - NYC PRM Bracket - currently the PDSL #1 ranked player with a 78.52ppr.
- Tom Sawyer - MA Essex/AMS Bracket - currently the PDSL #3 ranked player with a 76.0ppr
- Kim LeDuc - NY Queens 4 Bracket - currently the PDSL #154 ranked player with a 37.68ppr
The 37th Annual Winmau World Masters is the oldest established major professional darts tournament in the world. For additional history and information, please visit the Winmau website -
click here. To see the draw for this tournament and who each player is matched up with in the first round, visit the
BDO website. This year's tournament will be held October 29-31 at The City Hall in Hull, England. There is a possibility that matches will be available via live Internet stream, and we will provide links to them either through this email list or in our forums. Fingers crossed for some US players to make it to the televised stage.

Good luck to all three, and we hope that the PDSL experience has helped provide training for this intense long-format matchplay.
