- Informational Flyer - Print this page out and give to any prospective players or sponsors that want to know more about the league.
- Application e-Form - This form should be filled out to completion and returned with your sponsor and player fees check(s). This version of our application can be filled out on your computer using Adobe Acrobat reader. Instructions for this can be found on our new website - click here. We encourage you to use this method to avoid illegible handwriting.
- Player Recruitment Poster - if your group needs additional players or you are a sponsor looking to support a bracket, we've designed this "Sponsor Poster" for you to post in the dartboard area of your establishment.
PLEASE NOTE: It is imperative that players share this information in their bracket and help those without email or computer access to stay informed.
